Calculator Directions?

• Enter your address in the “Runoff Calculator” box located in the top right corner of the screen and click “locate”
• On the next screen, click on your address (it should be the first one listed) and then click “Continue”
• Click on the “Parcel Info” tab
• Enter the length & width of your property
• Click on “Enter Lot Type” and highlight the best option for your home
• If you do not know the information for the % impervious questions, check the “Use Default %” box and the program will enter average values for you
• Click “Next”
• Answer the questions on the “Other Info” tab
• Click “Next”
• Check the “Accept” box and click “Calculate”
• Click “Get Report”
